2. SHIPPING POLICIES
Currently, only able to limited international shipping to the followings countries:
ASIA: Japan, the Philippines, South Korea, Indonesia, and Singapore.
AMERICA: U.S.A, Canada, Mexico, and Peru.
EUROPE: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal,
Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
OCEANIA: Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping Method: Registers Japan Post
All in-stock orders are shipped 3-5 days from the day the order is received excluding weekends and holidays.
A tracking number will be informed via email once processed shipping.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Estimated shipping times
United States: 7-14 business days
Canada: 7-14 business days
Mexico and Peru: 10-20 business days
Australia: 15-20 business days
Europe: 15-20 business days
However sometimes they do take a bit longer, it depends on import taxes, customs duties in each nation.
3. TARNISH POLICY
I apologize, but due to the affordable cost nature of my products, we are unable to offer any tarnish returns or exchanges.
Tarnish may occur with consistent wear with plated items. How fast the plating fades depends on several different factors such as; your skin’s acidity, how often you wear the piece, and the activities you do while wearing the piece. I have a few tips to keep your jewelry sparkle!

4.RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All returned items must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
After purchase, you have up to 14 days in which to return your order, unfortunately, if 14 days have since passed,
then sadly, I won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchange.
These include personalized goods and digital downloads items available in this store.
Before making a return please contact me so that I can help resolve any issues that you
maybe having and to ensure that it is returned to the correct place.
To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Sadly, there are some situations where only a partial refund can be granted.
This includes any item, not in its original condition, or is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to an error on my part.
After we have provided you with the return address, please return your items.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

REQUEST A CANCELLATIONS
I apologize, once an order has been placed we are not able to cancel or adjust it. Please be sure to check your order before it is placed to make sure it is completely accurate.
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
You must attach a picture that clearly shows the broken/defective items and describe the issue(s) with your item.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at email@example.com
To return your product, you should first contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain the return address and let me know of any issues that you have with your product.
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please be sure to obtain proof of postage from the post office when sending your return. This is a free service.
Please note that products sent without proof of postage that go missing will not be eligible for a refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as postal services do let us down from time to time.
We may amend this Online Shopping Policy from time to time. When we amend this Online Shopping Policy, we will update this page accordingly and require you to accept the amendments in order to be permitted to continue using our services.
